图书馆事业要实现可持续发展,图书馆员是决定性因素。文章简述了信息时代图书馆员应具备哪些素质和能力来保证图书馆的可持续发展。
Librarians are the decisive factors in the sustainable development of the university libraries,therefore several essential qualifications of modern librarians are put forward in this paper.
