摘要 以一种大孔耐温强酸性阳离子交换树脂为催化剂,由柠檬酸与正丁醇合成柠檬酸三丁酯。考察了醇酸摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应时间、反应温度对酯化反应的影响,得出合成柠檬酸三丁酯的最优化条件为:醇酸摩尔比为5:1,催化剂用量为柠檬酸质量的12%,反应时间为4h,反应温度为150℃,产品的收率达90%以上,并对合成的产品进行了红外光谱分析及折光率的测定。通过与732型强酸性阳离子交换树脂的催化活性进行比较,证明这种树脂具有较高的催化活性。 Heat - resisting macroporous cation exchange resion was used as a nonhomogenous catalyst for synthesis of tributyl citrate. The effects of reaction conditions, such as the quantity of catalyst, the molar ratio of the reactants, reaction time and reaction temperature are discussed. The product was detected by IR spectra and index of refraction. The most suitable conditions for the reaction are as follows: molar ratio of n - butyl alcohol to citric acid 5:1, catalyst amount 12% ( citric acid mass), reaction time 4 h, reaction temperature 150 ℃ , the yield of tributyl citrate is 90% above. Acidity and activity of the macroporous cation exchange resion increase as compared with 732 cation exchange resin.
