摘要
研究结果表明,随低温回火温度的提高,共渗层中的残留奥氏体量减少,拉伸强度提高,冲击性能下降。在240℃回火时有最高的接触疲劳强度,260℃回火时有最小的磨裂(?)向。综合各种因素,回火温度以在240~260℃为宜。
This paper deals with the influence of low temperature on the structure, property and grinding crack tendency of carbonitrided layer in 20 CrMnTi steel. Th(?) experimental results show that, along with an increase in tempering temperature, the amount of retained austenite in carbonitrided layer decreases, the tensile strength incre(?) ses and the impact toughness decreases. When the carbonitrided layer is tempered (?) 240℃,the contact fatigue strength will be reached maximum, and it is tempered at 260℃ the grinding crack tendency will be fallen to minimum. From above, the suitable tempering temperature should (?)e at the range of 240~260℃.
