摘要
为开发F、H级通用的无溶剂漆,用耐热的多元醇和多元酸、耐热树脂及顺丁烯二酸酐合成了耐热聚酯,与环氧树脂和其他添加合剂配合制成无溶剂浸渍漆,并进行一系列的性能试验和工艺试验。结果表明,该漆具有粘度小、固化快、挥发物小、贮存稳定性好的优点,同时具有优良的电气性能、耐热性和防潮性,可作为F、H级无溶剂浸渍漆,适用于电机的滴浸、常压浸渍和真空压力浸渍绝缘处理。在微电机、中小型低压电机和煤矿电机中的应用结果表明,该漆完全满足上述各型电机的技术要求,现已在工厂大量生产。
A heat-resistant polyester resin was made from heat-resistant polyhydric alcohol,polybasic acids,heat-resistant resin and maleic anhydride.It was prepared a solventless varnish with epoxy resin,catalyst,promotor,inhibitor and activated thinner.This varnish was passed a series of property test and technical experiment.Experimental results indicate that it has low viscosity,quick curing,little volatility,stable storege,excellent in electrical properties,heat resistance,moisture resistence.It is suitable for trickle-impregnation,vacuum-pressure impregnation and atmospheric impregnation and used for class F^H micro-motors,middle-small motors and coal-mine motors.
