摘要
本研究就瓶罐包装玻璃模具的材质与成分进行了合理设计和优选。试验所得结果,能使显微组织、机械性能、抗氧化、抗生长性以及热疲劳性能等有显著的改善和提高。经工业性装机试验,模具的使用寿命有较大幅度的提高。
This paper deals with the optimization of the material for glass-bottl(?) mould. The test results show that using SMRI-87 alloy cast iron as the mould material, the microstructure, mechanical properties, the anti-oxidation and hot fatigue resista(?)c(?) etc. are all improved. After running test, the service life of the mould is prolonged remarkably.
