摘要
本文叙述了GCr15钢制轴承零件在SGO新钙剂溶液中淬火后所获得的各项试验结果。轴承寿命对比试验表明,在SGO和HJ-20油中淬火的轴承额定寿命L_(10)分别为489与388h;中值寿命L_(50)分别为1126与525h。以SGO代替油作为轴承零件的淬火介质,不仅可以节约能源,防止污染,还可以改善轴承零件表层残余应力分布状态,可延长轴承寿命一倍以上。
The paper describes the various experimental results of the GCr15 bearing parts, quenched in SGO solution, one of the new calcium cooling agent series. The results of two comparitive tests for bearing rings show that the rated life L_(10) and the mid-value life L_(50) of bearing lings having been quenched in SGO solution and HJ20 oil are 489 and 388hrs; 1126 and 525 hrs, respectively. Therefore, if the SGO solution is used as qnenchant instead of HJ-20 oil in quenching bearing parts, it will not only save energy, (?)liminate pollution and fire risks, but also improve the surface quality and the (?)tate of retained stress. The service lifes of the rings are double as those quenched in oil.
