摘要
本文利用电子计算机。在带有对数项的混料模型基础上,对高强韧低合金冷作模具钢(GD)的性能和热处理工艺参数进行了多元回归分析,所建立的多元回归方程具有很高的显著性(α=0.01),能根据热处理工艺参数较好地预测性能。本文还建立了断裂韧性K_(1(?))与常规性能HRC、a_k、f_(max)、σ_(bb)的多元回归方程,根据常规性能可较好地预测K_(1c)值。
based upon mixture regression models with logarithmic terms, the properties and heat treatment process parameters of a high strength and toughness, low alloying cold working die steel(GD)have been investigated by means of electron computer. The obtained multi-factor regression equations hare high significance with α=0.01, and can satisfactorily predict the properties according to the heat treatment process Parameters. The mult(?)factor regression equation between fracture toughness K_(?) and conventional properties such as HRC, a_k, f_(max), σ_(bb), has been also established in this paper. A good predicted K_(1c) value is given by the equation.
