摘要
在市场经济条件下,任何教育决策和选择都具有风险和不确定性,导致个人教育决策和选择出现风险和不确定性的因素有多方面,只要采取积极措施,就能降低不良结果发生的概率,减少风险,降低损失。
In the market economy, any educational decision and choice is risky and uncertain. Although there are many factors which have caused the risk and uncertainty, if we take positive measures, we will reduce the occurrence of unfavourable consequences, decrease the risk and loss.
