摘要
企业持续发展问题一直是企业家和企业管理工作者探讨的重要问题。结合多年的实践经验,提出了产品结构调整是企业持续发展的保障;论述了企业产品结构调整的基本理论、方法和策略;介绍了福地电子公司在这方面的实践。
Enterprise's sustainable development is an important issue concerned by enterprises. Through the practice, it is pointed out that product structure adjustment is the guarantee of enterprise's sustainable development. The basic theory, methods and strategies of product structure adjustment are discussed. The experience in product structure adjustment in Fortune Electronic Materials Co., LTD are introduced.
