摘要
形状记忆合金在伪弹性状态具有较好的阻尼特性,利用这一性能制作的弹簧可以用于结构的耗能被动振动控制和共振频率的滤波。文章在建立复杂应力状态下热力学本构关系的基础上,针对纯剪状态下的具体问题建立了热力学非线性方程的求解方法,并对SMA耗能弹簧的耗能性能进行了研究。为了验证上述方法的正确性,利用编写的计算机程序进行了实例计算。结果表明,文中建立的方法适用于热力学方程的求解,形状记忆合金耗能弹簧具有较好的阻尼性能。
Shape memory alloy(SMA) takes on preferable damp capacbility at pseudo - elasticity state. With this capability the spring made of SMA can be applied to passive vibration control and sieving of resonance frequency of structure. In this paper, the thermodynamics constitutive relation under complex stress state is developed. The extract method of the thermodynamic nonlinear equation is also estabilhed. A numerical example of shape memory alloy spring is given to illustrate correctness of the above-mentioned approach,the damp capability of the shape memory alloy spring is favorable.
