介绍了UV光固化胶粘剂的优缺点及应用领域 ;以 (甲基 )丙烯酸环氧树脂的合成和 (甲基 )丙烯酸氨基甲酸酯的制备为例介绍了齐聚体的制备方法 ,并对活性单体、增粘剂、交联剂、光引发剂及功能性单体进行了选择。HT30 5胶为无色透明液体 ,黏度 80 0 0mPa·s,固化时间 10s,剪切强度 2 0MPa ,贮存期 12个月。将HT30 5和TB30 5 5在液晶显示器LCD装配中的应用进行了对比 ,实践表明 ,HT - 30
Advantages,defects and usage fields of the UV curable adhesives were introduced in the article. The synthetic methods of the oligomers of epoxy (methyl) acrylates and urethane (methyl) acrylates were introduced, too. Reactive monomer, adhesion promoter, cross linking agent, photoinitiator and funtional monomer were chossen for the UV curable adhesives. Adhesive HT-305 is a colorless and transparent liquid and its viscosity, curing time, shear strength and storage life are 8000mPa·s, 10s, 20MPa and over 12 months, respectively. The properties of the product HT-305 and TB3055 were compared in the LCD assembly. The result showed that the HT-305 UV curable adhesive is excellent to meet the requirements of LCD assembling.
