摘要
针对自密实混凝土的配合比优化进行了系列试验,在实现混凝土靠自重免振捣成型的情况下,降低胶结料用量、降低砂率以提高混凝土体积稳定性,同时有效降低了工程造价.介绍了自密实高性能混凝土在33层高层建筑加固工程中的应用实例,总结了工程应用方面的经验.
The paper presented a series test for optimizing SCC mixture. At realization of concrete being able to fill mold by self-gravity without vibration, the volume of binders and sand-aggregation ratio were decreased to secure volume stability, and then the cost of engineering also was effectively decreased. Application of SCC to 33-storeys reinforcing engineering was presented, and the experience of application of SCC to engineering was summarized.
