摘要
以丙烯酸和马来酸酐为单体,以过硫酸钾和亚硫酸氢钠为引发剂,采用水溶液聚合法合成了聚羧酸盐类无磷 洗涤助剂聚丙烯酸钠、马来酸酐与丙烯酸(MA-co-AA)共聚物。考察了链转移剂对聚丙烯酸(PAA)相对分子质量 的影响;研究了单体配比、引发剂用量、聚合反应温度对MA-co-AA助洗性能的影响。
Polycarboxylated polymer as phosphorus free detergent additives was synthesized in aqueous system using acrylic acid and maleic anhydride as monomers,potassium persulfate and sodium hydyosulfite as initiators. Effect of chain transfer agent amount on relative molecular mass of polycarboxylated polymer and effect of monomer ratio, initiator amount, reaction temperature on its performance as detergent additive were studied.
