摘要
介绍了气相法聚乙烯BCG-Ⅳ型催化剂的开发和工业应用情况,并与BCG-Ⅰ型催化剂的性质和工业化应 用情况进行了比较。结果表明,BCG-Ⅳ型催化剂制备工艺简单,可大规模生产;在工业化应用中,催化剂活性高、流 化松密度高,所得聚乙烯产品质量良好,为优等品。
The development and industrial application of BCG - Ⅳgas phase polyethylene catalyst was introduced . The performance of BCG - Ⅳ was compared with those of BCG - I industrial catalyst. BCG - Ⅳ has high activity and high flow density and is easy to be produced in large scale in BCG plant. All polyethylene products are of high class with superior quality.
