摘要
素质教育是中央政府根据知识经济时代对教育的要求和我国教育的现状提出的具有历史意义的教育对策,其目的是全面贯彻国家的教育方针,它是一种政府行为。我们应当从国家和民族发展的需要出发来理解素质教育的意义,不宜用思辨的方法对其进行繁复的演绎。政府应当是贯彻素质教育的主角,各级政府官员应当树立教育兴国的观念,切实负起责任,采取有力措施,切切实实地推进素质教育。
Quality education is the educational policy, which advanced by China government according to the times of knowledge and economy and the current situation of education in our country. It has a historical meaning. The aim of quality education is implement the educational policy thoroughly. It is the government behavior. We should understand the meaning of quality education from the demand of development of our country and nationality, instead of complicate it. Government is the leading role to put the policy into effect. Governors at all levels should establish the concept of prospering our country, adopt the useful measure, and develop the quality education really and thoroughly.
