摘要
测定了 3种杀虫剂乐斯本、甲氰菊酯、敌敌畏及其两两组合对朱砂叶螨离体酯酶的抑制作用。这 3种杀虫剂的抑制中浓度依次为 2 .81 2 8× 1 0 - 6 、 3 .1 698× 1 0 - 6 、 4.1 5 86× 1 0 - 6 ( mol/ L) ,说明乐斯本对朱砂叶螨酯酶的抑制作用最强 ,甲氰菊酯次之 ,敌敌畏最弱。通过对杀虫剂作用于朱砂叶螨酯酶的米氏常数和最大反应速度测定 ,发现乐斯本和甲氰菊酯的作用方式为竞争性抑制 ,敌敌畏为非竞争性抑制。敌敌畏 +乐斯本和敌敌畏 +甲氰菊酯联合抑制作用均具有相加作用 ,乐斯本 +甲氰菊酯联合抑制有增效作用 。
In vitro inhibition and toxicokinetic action of three insecticides on esterases in Tetranychus cinnabarinus (Boisduval) were assayed. Residuary activity of the esterases showed the I 50 values affording 50% inhibition of chlorpyrifos, fenpropathrin and dichlorvos were 2 812 8×10 6 、3 169 8×10 6 、4 158 6×10 6 (mol/L), respectively. The result indicated that inhibiting action of chlorpyrifos was the largest and that of dichlorvos was the smallest. Chlorpyrifos and fenpropathrin inhibited the enzyme competitively, while dichlorvos did non competitively. Joint action of dichlorvos chlorpyrifos and dichlorvos fenpropathrin on esterases indicated similar action, but that of chlorpyrifos fenpropathrin on esterases showed synergism. The joint inhibiting action of every two insecticides were competitive.
