摘要
目的 :建立测定注射用七叶皂苷钠的含量测定方法。方法 :高效液相色谱法 ,以乙腈 磷酸溶液 (40∶6 0 )为流动相 ,Su pelcosilTMLC C18色谱柱 (4.6mm× 2 5 0mm ,5 μm) ,检测波长 :2 2 0nm。 结果 :七叶皂苷钠A线性范围为 4 7.5~ 14 15 .7mg·L-1,r =0 .9997,平均回收率为 97.30 % ,RSD为 1.94 %。七叶皂苷钠B线性范围为 34.7~ 10 4 1.5mg·L-1,r =0 .9997,测量平均回收率为 99.0 3%RSD为 2 .34%。结论 :该法操作简便 ,准确 ,快速 ,且能较准确地反映产品的质量。
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determining the content of the sodium aescinate for injection.METHODS An HPLC method was utilized,aescinate was seprated on a Supelcosil TM LC-C_ 18 ( 4.6 mm×250 mm 5 μm)and detected at 220 nm,using acetonitrile-solution of phosphoric acid as the mobile phase.RESULTS Aescinate A:The calibration curve was linear within the range from 47.5 ~ 1415.7 mg·L -1 , r = 0.9997 ,and the average recovery was 97.30% (RSD= 1.94% , n =6);aescinate B:The calibration curve was linear within the range from 34.7 ~ 1041.5 mg·L -1 , r = 0.9997 ,and the average recovery was 99.03% (RSD= 2.34% , n =6).CONCLUSIONS The method was found to be simple,accurate and rapid.
