摘要
从转炉和铸机配置、精炼装置选型和铸坯输送方式等方面探讨了炼钢—连铸—热轧间衔接环节的工程设计 ,分析了热送热装下的衔接问题 ,计算了不同温度下的铸坯合理库存。基于对连铸—热轧不同衔接方式下广义“活套”容量的比较 ,指出钢铁制造流程正在向“活套”容量最小化方向发展。
The engineering design of link of steelmaking continuous casting hot rolling is discussed from the aspects of converter and caster configuration, selection of secondary metallurgy facilities and slab transportation mode, and the link for hot charging rolling is analyzed. The reasonable inventory of slabs at different temperature is calculated. It is concluded that the steel production is developing along the minimization of buffer capacity based on the comparison of generalized buffer capacity for different link modes between continuous casting and hot rolling.
