摘要
电力市场需要解决好辅助服务的交易问题。原始的辅助服务市场设计中按照服务的等级顺序从高到低进行购买 ,且不允许辅助服务之间的替代。针对这个问题 ,就一种改进的辅助服务购买方法进行分析 ,它对 4种辅助服务同时进行购买 ,并允许高等级服务对低等级服务的替代。同时把这个问题抽象成动态规划数学模型 ,采用动态规划方法进行求解 ,算例表明效果很好。
Ancillary service plays a major role in the power market, so it is important to solve it. In the initial market design, ancillary services were procured sequentially from the highest quality service market to the lowest quality one, and no substitution is allowed among these ancillary services. In this paper, an approved method about the procurement of ancillary services was examined, and its major feature is that it allows substitution of a higher quality reserve for a lower quality one. In this paper, we establish a mathematic model and use dynamic method to solve it, the calculation case shows that it works well.
