摘要 通过研究熔融碳酸盐燃料电池的传热传质和电化学反应机理 ,根据质能守恒原理建立了顺流型电堆内部单体的暂态温度模型。模型考虑了辐射换热、shift反应及组分的变化。模型的求解采用近似解析法 ,求解传质方程时电流密度做了一阶假设。结果表明沿流动方向 ,单体平面温度逐渐升高 ,电堆进口温度最先稳定 ,出口温度达到稳定则需要较长时间 ;控制电解质出口温度是实现顺流型电堆温控的有效措施。 Through studding the heat-mass transfer and muti-spices electric-chemical reaction, a dynamic temperature model was deduced for co-flow type molten-carbonate fuel cell stack. The thermal radiation, shift reaction, and the change of gas spices were considered in this model. The temperature model was solved by analytic method, and the mass transfer model was solved though a first-order approximation. The simulation showed that the temperature of cell plane was increasing along the flow and the inlet temperature reached balance faster than exit. Controlling the exit temperature of electrolyte was an effective measure for co-flow stack.
