The consequence of utilitarianism is the pervasive penetration on human bodies by force. The main reasons for reclusive practice are the resistance shown by physical bodies toward this force. Biography of Baron Yi is the first narrative ever brought on the reclusive practice in Chinese culture, and at the same time it also constructed the grammatical norms concerning reclusive narrative. Long after Sima Qian, reclusive practice was and will be influenced by the pictures he had painted.
