摘要
目的:探讨上唇肿瘤切除术后继发创面修复。方法:治疗21例患者,利用面动脉为蒂轴型皮瓣,旋转修复上唇肿瘤切除术后组织缺损。结果:21例皮瓣全部成活,随访3个月到2年,上唇饱满,形状良好,功能接近正常。结论:此皮瓣适用于上唇肿瘤切除术后组织缺损修复,尤其适合在口腔周边组织不能修复,组织缺损超过中线的患者。
Objective: To study a new method to cover the secondary wound in the resection of upper lip tumors. Method: An axial pattern skin flap pedicled with the facial artery was used to cover those secondary wound in the upper lip tumor resection. Result: The flap was used clinically in 21 cases. All flap survived with primary healing, those appearance of upper lip are fine, and operative scar is not very obvious after 3 - 24 months follow-up. Conclusion: The axial pattern flap with facial artery is suitable for repairing resection of upper lip tumor, especially in large wound beyond medline.
