摘要
教学改革的实质是构建良性、高效的人才培养系统。该系统由教学工作体系、考试制度、人才培养目标三部分组成。考试制度是其中不可或缺的组成部分。考试制度在该系统中的功能和价值在于:表征了人才培养目标的要求,并在此基础上规束和引导教学工作体系的构建、运作和改革。教学改革必须高度重视考试的教育价值,自觉地调整具体的考试模式来为人才培养目标服务。
The essential aim of teaching system reform is extablishing benign and highly efficient students training framework. The framework is constituted by teaching working system, examination system, students training end. Because the examination system can reflect the end of students training work and conduct the teaching working system, it must be one of the very important goals of teaching system reform.
