摘要
目的 :对比安氏Ⅰ类高角和低角患者上下颌前部牙槽突宽度。方法 :选取骨性安氏Ⅰ类女性高角患者 2 0名 ,低角患者 1 8名 ,对其头颅侧位片上的上下颌前部牙槽突宽度的结果进行了比较分析。结果 :在安氏Ⅰ类女性错患者中 ,高角病人其上切牙根尖部腭侧 ,下颌切牙根尖部唇舌侧的牙槽骨厚度较薄 ,而低角患者相对应处的牙槽骨较厚。结论
Objective:To analyze the anterior alveolar width in subjects with Class I high angle and low angle maloccusions.Methods:Thirty eight patients(20 cases with high angle,18 cases with low angle)were selected according to SN MP angle.Cephalometric films were measured to determine the width of anterior alveolar bone in maxilla and mandible.Results:Thin alveolar width was found both labial and lingual to the mandibular incisors in high angle group.Thin alveolar width was also found lingual to the maxilary incisors in high angle group.Conclusion:This study showed that anterior alveolar width was related with SN MP angle.
