摘要
通过选用不同催化剂、溶剂、氧化剂,探索出以二氯甲烷为溶剂,三氯乙酸为催化剂,以空气为氧化剂的一种不对称卟啉的合成方法,该方法具有产率较高,产品纯度好,操作简便的优点。
This paper has discussed the strategy on the synthesis of an asymmetrical porphyrin by comparing chemical reaction conditions with different catalysts, solvents and oxidants. The optimized systhetic strategy,constituted with dichloromethane as the solvent,trichloroacetic acid as the catalyst and air as the oxidant,possesses three advantages—— the product has high degree of purity and higher yield,and the synthetic operation is simple.
