摘要
目的 总结冠状切口在颧骨骨折治疗中的应用经验。方法 回顾我院自 1994年以来应用冠状切口治疗颧骨骨折患者 18例。结果 所有病例一期愈合 ,术后 3moX线检查 ,骨折愈合良好 ,外形满意。仅出现暂性 2例额肌瘫痪 ,3例顶区皮肤麻木。结论 冠状切口位于发际内 ,面部不留瘢痕 ,且术野清晰 ,是颧骨骨折切开内固定术一种理想切口选择。
Objective To sum up the experience of coronal incision approach in the treatment of zygomatic fracture. Methods A retrospective study of 18 patients with zygomatic fracture were treated through coronal incision in our hospital from 1994. Results All these cases were healed successfully. The healing progresses of zygomatic fracture were examined by X-ray 3 months after operation. Only 2 cases had frontal muscular paralysis temporarily, and 3 cases had skin numbness in parietofrontal regions. Conclusions Coronal incision lies behind the hair line. No scar is observed in face, and there is clear-cut in operation. We think that the coronal incision is a better selection in the operation of zygomatc fracture. [
