摘要
党的“十六大”为国企改革提供了新的机遇 ,目前以外资为收购主体、战略收购为特征的重组方式 ,与几年前的资产重组相比 ,体现出高起点、大思路、大动作的特色 ,呈现出跨地区、跨部门、跨行业、跨所有制的特点。本文对入世后我国企业资本运营新趋势进行了比较深入的分析 。
Holding the 16th CPC Party Congress,the new opportunity has appeared in the state owned enterprise reform,our country will raise the new climax of capital operation of enterprise,and money is purchased in order to purchase subject,strategy for the reorganization way of the characteristic beyond this one at present,compared with rearrangement of assets several years ago,embody and publish high starting point,characteristic of heavy train of thought,heavy movements,demonstrate the trans regional, trans departmental,inter trade characteristic stepping ownership.This article analysis new trend of capital operation of enterprise of our country after entering the WTO,then puts forward some advices on problems that what the enterprise presented in the course of carrying on the assets to run often appear.
