摘要
目的探讨“优势内容递增教育法”在临床健康教育中的效果,以寻求科学的临床健康教育模式和方法。方法按“优势内容递增教育法”实施步骤对208例住院病人从入院到出院全程分阶段进行健康教育,通过建立临床健康教育模式内容、健康教育评价表,并进行评价。结果健康教育效果优良率100%,其中优86.5%,良13.5%;病人主动咨询提问占96.2%;病人满意率96.2%。结论优势内容递增教育法充分体现了住院病人的共性和特异性,减少了盲目性;使临床健康教育程序科学化,有效地转变了临床健康教育模式。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of the progressive dominant content education method in the clinicalhealth education and find a scientific mode and strategy for the clinical health education. Methods Two hundred andeight patients, who undertook longitudinal health education in different phases from hospitalization to discharge,were evaluated with the progressive content health education method. Results Clinical health education with a96.2% patients' satisfactory rate, were successfully completed in 100% of the patients with 86.5% excellent and13.5% fine. In addition, 200 patients consulted actively. Conclusion The progressive dominant content educationmethod can sufficiently display the general characters and speeificities of the hospitalized patients, reduce theblindness, set up a scientific clinical health education program, and effectively transform the mode of clinical healtheducation.
