摘要
目的 :用定量超声骨质测量仪 ,探讨妇女骨质变化规律 ,为骨质疏松 (OP)防治提供科学依据。方法 :采用法国DMS公司UBIS5 0 0 0型超声骨密度 /骨质量测量仪对广州地区 4 1 1例妇女进行跟骨骨质测量及评估。结果 :本组资料各参数中 ,BUA值及T值在绝经期呈急剧递减 (P <0 0 1或P <0 0 5 ) ,而绝经后早期下降相对平缓 (P >0 0 5 ) ,但老年期开始又呈明显递减 (P <0 0 1或P <0 0 5 )。SOS值在骨峰值出现后随年龄增加而有规律地递减 ,进入绝经期后呈急剧递减 (P <0 0 1 ) ,但 81岁以上时则下降不再显著 (P >0 0 5 )。STI值在绝经期开始即急剧递减(P <0 0 1 ) ,且下降幅度较大、敏感、直观。结论 :定量超声骨质测量仪不仅可以提供反映骨量的指标 ,而且可以对骨结构进行评估 ,无辐射、成本低廉、操作方便 ,在骨质疏松的诊断。
Objective: To study the changes of bone by QUS in women in Guangzhou and provide scientific basis for prevention and treatment of osteoporosis (OP) Methods: Bone status was established using measurements at the calcaneus by QUS (DMS,French),which measures speed of sound (SOS ),broadband ultrasound attenuation (BUA ) and stiffness index (SI) in 411 women from Guangzhou area Results: In menopause and aged women,BUA/T scoreshowed a significantly decrease ( P <0 01 or P <0 05),whereas it decreased only slightly in early postmenopausal women ( P >0 05) After the peak of BMD,SOS showed a stepwise decline,and significantly decrease in menopause ( P <0 01),but not significant over eighties ( P >0 05) In contrast,STI significantly decreased from the menopause,was a better indicator than BUA or SOS Conclusion: QUS of bone is a promising technique in assessing bone microarchitecture in addition to bone mass,which is cheaper,and easier to use than the more established method of bone densitometry
