摘要
由载体聚丙烯与抗静电剂混合,经双螺杆挤出机制成抗静电母料,并对加工条件进行了研究。结果表明,以F400(粒)为载体,用TE-75型双螺杆挤出机加工,当主机转速为400r/min、喂料频率为10Hz时,抗静电母料的收率达95%;以自制的抗静电剂母料与国产抗静电母料(Y)进行工业平行试验,按含抗静电剂质量分数0.48%制成双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜,薄膜的表面电阻均可降至1×10^(12)Ω左右,其他各项性能均满足使用要求,两者性能相当。
A kind of antistatic masterbatch was prepared by blending antistatic agent (X) with polypropylene (PP) that was taken as carrier and extruding the resultant mixture with a twin-screw extruder. The processing condition was studied. The results show that the product yield can reach 95% under the condition of taking PP F 400 (in form of granule) as carrier, processing with model TE-75 extruder, keeping the screw rotating at the speed of 400 r/min and setting feeding frequency at 10 Hz. Parallel experiments in industrial scale were carried out on the purpose of comparing the properties of the self-made antistatic masterbatch with a reference product of same kind. In case the content of the antistatic agent reaches 0.48 wt% in biaxial oriented polypropylene(BOPP) film, the surface resistivity of the film can decrease to 1×1012 Ω and the other properties can still meet the requirements of application. Both the self-made antistatic masterbatch and the reference product have the equivalent performance.
