摘要
介绍了二盐基亚磷酸铅的两种生产工艺。通过对亚磷酸的加入量、温度、时间、pH值等生产条件的研究 ,确定了中温法最佳生产工艺条件。并进行了二盐基亚磷酸铅的常温生产新工艺研究。两种工艺比较 ,常温新工艺节省能耗 ,具有明显的经济效益。
The production processes of the dibasis lead phosphite were introduced.On the basis of analysis,the effects of phosphorous acid,synthesis temperature,synthesis time and pH were studied,and the optimum production process conditions at middle atmosphere temperature were determined.Moreover a new normal atmosphere temperature production process of dibasis lead phosphite was studied.By comparing to them,we can conclude that the production process at new normal atmosphere temperature not only saves energy,but also is economical.
