摘要
通过理论分析和实际生产情况对比分析 ,阐述了 15 0kt/a气分装置和 45kt/a气分装置分离序列的优缺点。指出了在只生产丙烯这一个产品时 ,45kt/a气分装置能耗要大大低于 15 0kt/a气分装置 ,另外 ,45kt/a气分装置具有较大的操作灵活性 ,可根据产品方案情况开二塔、三塔或四塔 。
The advantages and disadvantages of 45kt/a light ends unit compared with 150kt/a light ends unit can be gained by theoretic analysis and practical production comparison analysis. The energy consumption of 45kt/a light ends unit is much lower than that of 150kt/a light ends unit when only propylene is produced. Moreover, 45kt/a light ends unit has more operational flexibility, it is optional for us to put two towers, three towers or four towers according to product plan which is beneficial for unit energy consumption reduction.
