摘要
从沥青混合料的两大指针“级配”和“油石比”的质量控制方式方面,对沥青混凝土连续式搅拌设备和间歇式搅拌设备的工作原理进行了较为深入的讨论。提出对连续式沥青混凝土搅拌设备加以改进,增加骨料“预筛分”处理装置,以使间歇式的“二次筛分”更容易解决≤4.75mm细粒料段的段内级配的可控性的方法。
The working principles of batch and continuous asphalt concrete mix equipments are discussed from the quality control of Gradation and Oil-Stone Rate.Through the improvement of continuous asphalt concrete mix equipment,the pre-sifting device is added to solve the problem existing in batch asphalt concrete mix equipment about the controllability of gradation of fine sand( ≤ 4.75mm).
