New development on pathogenesis and treatment of hepatic encephalopathy
摘要
肝性脑病(hepatic encephalopathy,HE)指各种严重肝脏疾病所致的代谢紊乱,影响中枢神经系统功能,出现以精神-神经症状为主的一种肝脑综合征.肝性脑病的治疗近十年来仍无重大突破.为了更好地研究肝性脑病,需要规范其研究方法.
