摘要
通过对ASTM试验标准的汽油机进气门沉积物(IVD)发动机试验台架运行试验情况的分析,阐述了电喷发动机进气门沉积物随汽油中烯烃含量的上升而增加、汽油清净剂对电喷发动机进气门沉积物的抑制作用随着汽油中烯烃含量的上升而减弱、汽油清净剂的热稳定性对沉积物的生成有重要影响。
Based on analysis of bench test results of intake valve deposits (IVD) for gasoline engine, it was concluded that, for electronic-controlled injection engine, IVDs in crease with the increase of olefin content in gasoline, the inhibition of gasoline detersive on IVD in electronic-controlled engine decreases with the increase of olefin content in gasoline, and the thermal stability of gasoline detersive shows great influence on deposits.
