摘要
目的 观察不同浓度氟对体外培养的小鼠成骨细胞增殖活力的影响。方法 采用胶原酶消化分离培养小鼠乳鼠颅盖骨成骨细胞 ,应用四唑盐 (MTT)比色法 ,观察氟对培养的成骨细胞增殖活力的影响。结果 染氟 0 .5mg/L以下 ,细胞增殖活力变化不明显 ,染氟 1.0~ 4.0mg/L时成骨细胞增殖活力明显增强 ,与对照组比较差异有显著意义 ,且此作用呈剂量和时间依赖性。结论 氟在一定剂量范围对体外培养的小鼠成骨细胞的增殖有促进作用。
ObjectiveTo study the effects of fluoride on proliferation activity of cultivated osteoblasts of mouse in vitro.MethodsOsteoblasts were digested by collagenase from n eonatal mouse and cultured. MTT colorimetry was used to detect osteoblastic prol iferation activity.ResultsThe fluoride below 0.5 mg/L didn’t influence cell proliferation activity, but 1.0~4.0 mg/L of fluoride could increase signif i cantly osteoblastic proliferation activity, and the fluoride effects were dose a nd time-dependent.ConclusionsFluoride in certain range of cententration can elevate osteoblastic proliferation activity.
