摘要
多目标优化在工程优化领域占有较大比重,这些目标之间大多是相互冲突的,常用的方法是将这些目标通过不同的方式转化成单一目标进行求解,然而这样将使一些有用的信息丢失。多目标遗传算法可避免信息丢失,通过优化它给出一组非劣解供决策者根据不同需要进行选择。本文首先介绍了常用的多目标优化方法,然后详细介绍了目前研究较多的多目标遗传算法,着重讨论了多目标优化方法在化学工程领域中的应用,并对多目标遗传算法的发展进行了展望。
Multi-objective optimization involves the simultaneous optimization of more than one objective function, which probably conflicting each other. This is quite commonly in engineering application. Usually, these types of problems have typically been modeled and solved by turned it to single objective problems by using different methods. But it may be lost some useful information. The multi-objective genetic algorithm can give a group solution, which avoiding the information lost. The common multi - objective optimization methods in engineering optimization are presented at the beginning, followed by a description of genetic algorithm and its application in chemical engineering are introduced. Lastly some comments are also made on possible directions that future research may take in multi-objective genetic algorithm area.
