摘要
设计了一种能实现准球形水果自动单列输送并均匀翻转的机构 ,分析了水果尺寸与连续采集两幅图像时间间隔内水果转角量之间的关系 ,并在对双锥式滚子输送翻转机构中的水果进行受力分析和运动分析的基础上 。
A fruit feeding and rolling mechanism was developed, which can automatically arrange quasi spherical fruits in a row one by one. The effect of fruit size on the rotation angle of fruit during the interval to acquire two images was evaluated. On the basis of kinetic analysis of fruits in a bicone roller feeding and rolling installation, the rules for selecting appropriate parameters of the installation were put forward. These results lay a solid foundation for further developing real time fruit quality detecting and grading system using machine vision.
