燃气轮机以其占地少、系统简单、效率高、排污低和建设周期短等优势,在发电领域占有越来越重要的地位,上海化学工业区热电联供电厂是国内首座采用"F"级燃气—蒸汽联合循环机组进行热电联供的电厂。介绍了可燃用天然气和轻油两种燃料的燃机燃烧系统、余热锅炉与设计供热量可在40%~100%额定抽汽量内变化,不影响机组及燃机运行效率的蒸汽轮机结构,以及快速启动锅炉与化学水处理系统等的技术特点。
The gas turbine is playing a more and more important role in the realm of power generation nowadays due to its inherent advantages such as less space requirement, simplicity of system, high efficiency, low emission and shorter construction period. The cogeneration power plant in Shanghai chemical industry district is the first power plant in china that adopts the 'F' class gas and steam combined cycle unit to carry out cogeneration. The technical features of this unit including the gas turbine combustion system that can fire dual fuel namely natural gas and light oil, the heat recovery boiler and the design heat supply amount that can be varied between 40% and 100% of the rated amount of bled steam, the structure of the steam turbine that would not adversely impact the operation efficiency of the unit and the gas turbine, the quick starting boiler and the chemical water treatment system were all introduced.
