摘要
采用有限元法计算电场中蜂窝状催化剂孔中电场的分布 ,分析了孔间距、孔形状、材料介电常数 ε对场强分布影响的规律。结果表明 。
The electric field distribution in the hole of honeycomb has been finished by finite element method. The influence of the shape of hole and dielectric constant of material on electric field distribution has been analyzed. Based on the results, the rule for designing the shape of honeycomb catalyst used in system of gas discharge plasma catalysis is given.
