摘要
目的 :建立测定复方制剂中氯霉素含量的方法。方法 :采用反相HPLC法 ,以C18为固定相 ,甲醇 水 (1∶1)为流动相 ,检测波长 :2 78nm。结果 :氯霉素在 2 6 .6~ 16 0 .2 μg·ml-1浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系。平均回收率为 10 0 .1%。结论 :本方法简便 ,可靠 ,与其他成分分离效果好 ,可有效测定该复方制剂中氯霉素的含量。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of chloramphenicol in compound chloramphenicol eye drops.Method: Reversed-phase HPLC was used, C 18 column was served a fixed phase,a mixture of CH 3OH-H 2O (1∶1) as mobile phase with UV detecting wavelength was at 278 nm.Result: The linearity range was from 26 to 160 μg·ml -1, the mean recovery was 100.1%.Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and good for the determination of Chloramphenicol.
