摘要
煤粉燃烧生成的NO_x主要是燃料NO_x,与焦碳N(不挥发性N)相比,挥发性N是转化成燃料NO_x的主要部分。基础于这一观点,该文论述了煤粉的双级垂直浓淡燃烧能够降低NO_x排放的原理。文中介绍了适用于风扇磨直吹燃烧系统的自动可调叶栅煤粉分配器及其能实现煤粉浓淡分配的原理和技术,从而降低NO_x排放并实现稳燃过程。最后介绍了的该技术在电厂中的应用效果。该技术已获得国家实用新型专利。
Fuel NOX predominates the NOX formed and emitted from combustion of pulverized coal. The volatile N is the main source of fuel NOX rather than coke N. Following such a point of view, a principle of reduction of NO, by means of a dual-stage vertical dense/lean combustion of pulverized has been described in this paper. Based on this principle, an auto-adjusted blind pulverized coal distributor technology suitable to the fan mill direct-blow combustion system, which can vertically separate coal powder carried by the primary air into dense and lean phases in order to reduce NOX emission and stabilized combustion, was introduced. This technology was awarded the national patent in 2000. Finally, its application in power plants have been verified.
