摘要
当今世界刑事侦查模式可以分为三类:一是英美法系的当事人主义侦查模式;二是大陆法系国家的职权主义侦查模式;三是以日本为代表的混合式侦查模式。对侦查模式进行比较研究,有利于我国刑事诉讼法的修改与完善。
Contemporary investigation modes in the world can be divided into three kinds on the whole: the investigation mode of the client doctrine of Greet Britain and American Legal system, the investigation mode of the function and power doctrine of continent's legal system, and the mixed investigation mode of which Japan is a representative. Comparison and study of investigation modes is of value to the revision of perfection of the criminal procedure law of our country.
