乙醇对雄性大鼠甲状腺和肾上腺皮质功能影响

摘要 目的研究乙醇对雄性大鼠甲状腺和肾上腺皮质功能的影响。方法给予雄性大鼠每天1500mg/kg,3000mg/kg和4000mg/kg体重乙醇染毒连续70天,并于染毒第35天和70天每组随机处死10只,经腹主动脉采血,测定对照组及各剂量组血清FT3,FT4,TSH和CS含量。结果染毒35天各剂量组大鼠血清中FT3,FT4,TSH和CS未发现有意义的改变;染毒70天3000mg/kg和4000mg/kg组FT3含量较1500mg/kg组下降,而4000mg/kg组FT4含量较1500mg/kg和3000mg/kg组下降,差异均有显著性(P<0.05);染毒70天4000mg/kg组CS含量较对照组升高,差异有显著性(P<0.05),且存在明显的剂量-效应关系。结论乙醇在一定程度上损害了大鼠甲状腺及肾上腺皮质的功能。 Objective To study the effect of alcohol on thyroid and adrenal gland cortex functions in male rats. Methods Male rats were gavaged daily with alcohol in dosages of 1 500 mg, 3 000 mg and 4 000 mg/kg.W for 70 days and 10 rats from each group were killed at random on 35th and 70th test day. The levels of FT3,FT4, TSH and CS in serum of the rats were determined. Results The levels of all indices of all groups didn't change significantly for 35 days. For 70 days, the levels of FT3 were significantly lower in 3 000 mg and 4 000 mg/kg.W groups than that in 1 500 mg/kg.W group, while the level of FT4 was significantly lower in 4 000 mg/kg.W group than those of 1 500 mg and 3 000 mg/kg.W groups (P<0.05). For 70 days, the level of CS was significantly higher in 4 000 mg/kg.W group compared with that of control group (P<0.05), and revealed a doseeffect relationship. Conclusion Alcohol can injure thyroid and adrenal gland cortex functions of male rats in some way.
