摘要
目的 了解胸腺瘤的胸部CT表现以指导临床诊断与治疗。方法 87例经手术和病理证实的胸腺瘤患者的资料行回顾性分析。结果 CT检查能明确胸腺瘤的大小、部位、形态、范围、有无局部外侵,与周围组织的关系,包括气管、支气管、血管、胸膜以及淋巴结的转移。结论 CT检查能指导胸腺瘤的诊断,在估计胸腺瘤能否手术切除方面有重要作用。为治疗设计适宜的方案。
Purpose To study the CT manifestations of thymoma for diagnosis and treatment. Methods 87 cases of thymoma proved by operation and pathology in our hospital from 1993 - 1999 were analysed. Results CT scan showed clearly the size, position, shape of the thymoma with locoal extension and relationship to the adjacent structrues consisting trachea, bronchus, aorta, pleura as well as lymph node metastases. Conclusion CT scan offers valuable informations for diagnosis and also the operability of thymoma and plays an important role in planning of treatment.
