摘要
“轻可去实”是治疗肺实证的一种方法。近世书刊对轻可去实法的解释偏离了其针对肺实证的轨道。作者从肺的生理功能及病理变化对轻剂的性能进行分析、归纳、总结 ,证明轻可去实的宣散透达作用 ,是针对外邪犯肺 ,肺气郁闭 ,宣降失司的肺实证而设。
Using drugs in small dose and of light nature is one of the methods of treating excess syndrome of lungs. Books and magazines on this method published in the recent years have deviated from the original track that it is designed for the excess syndrome of lungs. The author analyzes, generalizes, and sums up the properties of such drugs in the light of lung's physiological functions and pathological changes, proving this method is aimed at excess syndrome of lungs caused by invasion of exogenous pathogen which in turn leads to obstruction of lung qi and dispersing and descending disorder of the lungs.
