摘要
目的 :观察硬膜外腔一次性注入吗一氟合液用于剖腹产后的镇痛效果及副作用。方法 :5 0例 ASA — 级剖宫产产妇 ,随机分为 2组 :硬膜外腔一次性给药组 组 (n=2 5 ) ,硬膜外持续自控止痛组 组 (n=2 5 ) ,两组均于手术结束前 15分钟给药。所有患者随访至术后 72小时。对照观察两组的镇痛时间 ,镇痛效果 ,副作用。结果 : 组镇痛时间明显短于 组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,两组恶心 ,呕吐 ,尿潴留、瘙痒发生率及睡眠情况均无明显差异。结论 :一次性硬外注入止痛药虽镇痛时间比 PCEA短 ,但仍可满足镇痛要求 ,且价格低廉 。
Objective; To observe single dose epidural morphine-droperidol for analgesic effects and side dffects after Cesarean section.Method 50 ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱpatients undergoing Cesarean Section were randomly divided into two groups; a single dose of epidural is Ⅰ group,(n=25) PCEA is Ⅱgroup(n=25).The Analgesic drug was given at 15 minute before operation was over,follow-up all patients in 72h after Cesarean section, Compared duration of pain relier,analgesic effect and side effect.Result duration of pain relief of I groups was singificantly shorter than Ⅱgroups.(p<0.05).nausea.vomiting,urinary retention,pruritus and sleep were no significantly difference between two groups (p<0.05).Conclusion duration of pain relief of single dose epidural analgesia is shorter than PCEA,But patients satisfied it's pain relief and It is cheaper,so It applies to post cesarean section pain relief.
