摘要
梯度理论的实质是利用梯度差异、通过非均衡增长促进区域经济可持续发展,它为经济发展水平处于不同梯度位置上的国家或地区的经济发展提供理论指导。根据河南省区位优势和经济发展现状,其对梯度理论的应用应采取的方略是:实施"东引西进"战略,依据现有梯度格局,分阶段、有重点地实施不同梯度区位上的经济发展战略。
Gradient theory takes advantage of the difference of gradient to promote regional sustainable development by the way of non-balance development and give theoretical guidance to the countries or regions in di-(fferent) gradient.According to the He′nan Province's regional superiority and economy developing actuality,the gradient theory we should carry out is the strategy of 'importing east and entering west' and according to current gradient form,practicing the economy developing strategy of different gradient area in phase and emphasis.
