摘要
设计并实现了一个带PROFIBUS PA总线接口的矿用变频器,该变频器采用双单片机控制结构,双机之间数据并行通讯由双口RAM来完成.采用新型的PROFIBUS PA总线协议芯片SPC4和AT89C51单片机共同构成PROFIBUS PA总线接口,可方便地与采用PROFIBUS PA总线技术的监控网络相连接.使用AT89C51单片机和SLE4520正弦PWM信号专用芯片作为变频部分的控制核心,给出了主要部分电路原理图和软件流程图.
A frequency converter that is applied to coal mine with PROFIBUSPA bus interface is designed and accomplished. The control structure composed by double single chip microcomputer is adopted. The parallel communication can be fulfilled with the dualportRAM. The novel communication interface chip SPC4 and AT89C51 single chip microcomputer are applied to construct PROFIBUSPA bus interface, so the device can easily join the monitoring network of PROFIBUSPA field bus with necessary interfaces. The control core of frequency converter composed of the single chip microcomputer AT89C51 and sine PWM chip SLE4520, the main circuits and flow charts are given also.
