摘要
"三个代表"重要思想是加强我国社会主义法制建设和贯彻依法治国方略的指导方针,我国的法制建设应在保护产权关系、保护知识产权等方面加强建设,从而更好地代表中国先进生产力的发展要求;应在提升全民思想道德素质等方面加强建设,从而更好地代表中国先进文化前进的方向;应在保障公民基本人权等方面加强建设,从而更好地代表中国最广大人民的根本利益。
The important concept of the'Three Represent's'is the guiding policy for the improvement of socialist legal system and implementation of the plan of ruling the country by law.In improving socialist legal system,we sould pay special attention to protection of property rights relationship and intellectual property in order to better represent the requirements of the development of China's advanced productive forces.We should emphasize upgrading the ideological and ethical standards of the whole people so as to better represent the orientation of the development of China's advanced culture.We should also make greater offorts to respect and guarantee the basic human rights of the Chinese citizens in order to better represent the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the Chinese people.
